The Equid Apothecary - Refund Policy
Our refund policy is straightforward and customer-friendly.
We’re sure you’ll love our products but if for good reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, and we agree with your reason you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition and packaging intact. If your product is faulty, we will replace it. We are unable to accept returns due to change of mind.
